Project Drawdown – Solution #3 Reduced Food Waste
The Indiana Recycling Coalition started IFSI in 2015. Now they have working groups focused on reducing food waste at the source, rescuing unwanted food, and composting.
They maintain a map of over 50 entities throughout the state participating in their goal of eliminating all food waste throughout Indiana.
